The decontamination process

We use an industry leading chemical called ULTRA, a world class disinfectant technology which provides safe, effective and rapid decontamination. This chemical is safe to use across multiple industries, including education, healthcare and food processing premises.

How do we administer ULTRA?

We use a method called electrostatic spraying, a technique that has been performed since 1940. The method enables us to apply an electric charge to the disinfectant chemical which ensures it fully covers surface areas creating a 360°-coating and reaches many places that other traditional methods might not, ensuring an effective decontamination process.

What is ULTRA?

ULTRA is a chemical based disinfectant which removes dirt and kills harbouring mould, fungi and yeast. It kills Clostridium Difficile, a bacterium that causes diarrhoea and colitis in less than 2 minutes and offers up to 48 hours antimicrobial activity, meaning it continues working after its application.

Is this process effective?

Coronavirus (COVID-19) is an enveloped virus, meaning the tiny virus cells have an outer wrapping made from the small pieces of the cell’s plasma membrane, which is formed from the infected cell. It’s thought that the envelope may play a role in helping a virus survive.
